What a Great Meal!

This is what I ate for supper. Yummers!

OMG!!! I had roast chicken on Sunday too! I did mine in my stoneware with sweet potatoe, white potatoe and carrots and put onions in the cavity. I glazed the chickey with garlic and honey (from a jar). I loves ma stoneware for roasting chickens. The salad was Country Garden salad in a bag. I want to do that again tonight!
